The Parish Pastoral Council is an advisory board to the Pastor, which is charged with facilitating the continual growth and development of our parish community. To this end, each Parish Council member is assigned an area of the Parish with which they are the Liaison, bringing their needs and concerns before the entire Council and the Pastor.
The Parish Council meets the third Monday of each month in the Family Life Center at 7 PM, unless otherwise announced in the Bulletin.
All Parishioners are invited to attend meetings of the Parish Council. If there are items which a parishioner wishes to bring before the council, They should ask the Liaison for the appropriate area to have the item placed on the agenda. Alternatively, requests may be submitted to the Parish Council Chair in writing (or email to
PCChair@holyfamilyseymour.org ). The deadline for agenda submissions is the 2nd Tuesday of the Month (i.e. seven days prior to the meeting).

Possible activities include running errands for shut-ins, taking blood pressures on Sunday mornings, offering support or assistance to those in need, and hosting blood drives.
Anyone can become involved with the health ministry, and anyone with a health concern or who is in need of assistance can contact the group for support. The health ministry holds organizational meetings on a periodic basis. These will be announced in the bulletin
